Ingredients
6 scallops
Extra virgin olive oil
1 cebolla great
1 large carrot
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 hoja de laurel
Pepper

Open the scallops with a knife. Peel off the shell and remove the black tape around it. Pass through cold water. Drain and season with salt and pepper.
Place the scallops back in the shell. Drizzle with a few drops of oil and put in the oven at 180º C for 8 min.
Sauté the chopped onion and carrot in a little oil. Add the breadcrumbs, bay leaf, pepper and salt.
Remove the scallops from the oven. Cover with the sauce and put in the oven until gratinated.
