24 sardines

200 g Padrón peppers
Extra virgin olive oil

Wash the sardines, dry and put in a container. Cover with coarse salt for 2 hours.
Place the sardines on a very hot grill or griddle. Grill on one side for 4 min. Turn over and leave until roasted.
Wash the Padrón peppers. Dry off. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry the peppers over medium heat so that they cook little by little. Remove from the pan, place on absorbent paper and season.
Serve the sardines with the Padrón peppers.
