Ingredients
3 peppers
2 tomates
Extra virgin olive oil
1 chilli
4 cloves of garlic
15 g toasted and peeled almonds
15 g hazelnuts
A few sprigs of chopped parsley
2 slices of fried bread
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Crafting
Soak the ñoras in hot water for 1 hour.
Roast the tomatoes at 180ºC. Remove from the oven and let cool. Peel, seed and chop.
Open the ñoras in half and scoop out the pulp inside with a spoon. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and sauté the chopped chilli with the pulp of the ñoras for 1 min.
Mash the garlic cloves, the ñora meat and the chilli in the mortar until you obtain a thick paste. Add the almonds, hazelnuts, parsley and fried bread, continuing to mash. Add the chopped tomatoes and mash in the mortar.
Form a paste and add, continuing to stir with the pestle, the oil, vinegar and salt.
