Ingredients
750 g fish (monkfish, hake, etc.)
750 g seafood (clams, squid, mussels, crayfish, shrimp, etc.)
1 small glass of dry white wine
For the bite:
6 cloves of garlic
2 slices of bread
3 ripe tomatoes
3 soaked ñoras
80 g toasted peeled almonds
12 tablespoons olive oil

Crafting
Brown the garlic cloves with the slices of bread. Add the chopped tomatoes, peeled and seeded, and season with salt and pepper. Add the pulp that comes from scraping the soaked ñoras. Add the toasted almonds. Fry everything until it becomes a paste. Blend and return to the heat. Moisten with wine and fish stock or water.
Place the seasoned fish in pieces in the casserole, making sure that it is almost covered by the liquid. Cook everything over a low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the seafood and cook for a few more minutes until everything is cooked through.
