Ingredients
300 g pinto beans
300 g salted pork
500 g watercress
750 g potatoes
1 cebolla
1 Tomate
1 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 ear of corn
Extra virgin olive oil
A few threads of saffron

Crafting
Soak the beans and meat separately in cold water for 8 hours. Drain the beans and place in a saucepan covered with cold water.
When they come to a boil, add the chopped meat. Continue cooking over low heat for 1 hour.
Wash the watercress. Peel the potatoes and chop. Chop the onion, tomato and green pepper. To peel the garlic cloves.
30 minutes before finishing cooking, add the watercress, potatoes, onion, tomato, green pepper, crushed garlic cloves, corn on the cob, a splash of oil and the saffron to the casserole. Mix well, finish cooking and season.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
