Ingredients
1 and a half chicken, chopped
1 cebolla
2 cloves of garlic
4 green peppers
750 g ripe tomatoes without skin
200 g Teruel ham
Extra virgin olive oil

Crafting
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry in oil until it takes color. Reserve.
Peel and cut the onion into fine julienne strips. Sauté in oil until it begins to brown and add the chopped garlic. Cut the peppers into strips and add to the stew. Cook until they start to become soft.
Put the ham in strips or squares and when it browns, add the tomatoes cut into large cubes.
Add the chicken and pour over the white wine (and a little broth if necessary). Let it cook until the chicken is tender.
