Ingredients
3 eggs
165 g of sugar
165 g ground sweet almonds
1 small lemon
1 teaspoon fine corn flour
1 teaspoon lard or butter
Powdered sugar
Crafting
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with half the sugar until they are foamy. Add the almonds, lemon zest and corn flour.
Whip the egg whites until stiff with the rest of the sugar, and gently add to the almond preparation.
Spread a round cake mold with butter. Fill with the dough and bake in the oven at 180º C for 35 to 40 min. Unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
