500 g lentils
1 green pepper
1 ripe tomato
1 large garlic clove
1 medium onion
Extra virgin olive oil
1 hoja de laurel
1 teaspoon sweet paprika

Crafting
Soak the lentils for 8 hours in cold water. Drain and put the lentils in a saucepan with the pepper, tomato, whole clove of garlic and onion, a splash of oil and the bay leaf. Cover with cold water. Cook over low heat until the lentils are tender, about 35 minutes.
Remove the pepper, tomato, garlic clove and onion and pass through the food mill.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the paprika and crushed vegetables and sauté everything for 2 minutes. Add the sauce to the lentils and season. Stir and serve very hot.
