Ingredients
300 g anchovies
300 g squid
6 small mullets
6 small whiting
200 g squid rings
6 small horse mackerels
Chickpea flour
Extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon

Crafting
Clean the fish: remove the heads and guts of the anchovies; empty the squid; scale the mullet and remove the guts; remove the heads and entrails of whiting and horse mackerel. Season.
Dredge in flour, shake off the excess and fry the pieces separately in plenty of hot oil (150º).
When they are golden, remove from the pan and drain on absorbent paper.
Serve with a little lemon.
Choose small fish. If they are larger, cut them into pieces.
