Ingredients
4 eggs
100 g water
350 g wheat flour
Extra virgin olive oil
Powdered sugar

Beat the eggs well. Add the water and mix. Sift the flour into a container and add little by little to the egg mixture, stirring constantly until you obtain a lump-free dough.
Heat plenty of oil in a deep frying pan and immerse a long-handled flower-shaped mold in it. When it is very hot, remove from the oil, drain, dip in the pasta and immediately return to the very hot oil.
As soon as the dough comes off the mold, place the flower on a rack. Continue in the same way with the rest of the dough.
Drain and sprinkle with icing sugar.
