Ingredients
4 eggs
50 g wheat flour
330 g milk
75 g butter
50 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Crafting
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the flour, 50 g of melted butter, milk and salt. Mix very well.
Put a frying pan on the heat and grease with a pinch of butter. Put a tablespoon of the preparation so that it covers the bottom of the pan. When it is golden on one side and comes off easily from the pan, turn it over.
Repeat the operation with the rest of the dough.
Fold the pancakes, place on a plate and sprinkle with the mixed icing sugar and cinnamon.
Note: They can be served with honey, filled with cream or cream.
