Ingredients
160 g minced beef
160 g lean minced pork
160 g diced chicken breast
1 chopped onion
1 glass of white wine
50 g country pate
2 tablespoons tomato paste
18 sheets of precooked cannelloni
1 l bechamel sauce
Grated cheese
Oil, salt, pepper
Butter (optional)
Crafting
Prepare the filling by placing the chopped onion in a frying pan with the olive oil. Sauté and add the meats, sauté everything together. Moisten with wine, let it evaporate over high heat. Add the tomato, season and sauté everything together over low heat for 20 minutes. Add the pâté, mix and let it cool.
Soften the cannelloni sheets in warm water with a dash of oil. Drain, place on a dry cloth and fill with the pasta obtained in the pan.
Place the cannelloni in a baking dish, cover with the bechamel, sprinkle with grated cheese, spread a few balls of butter on top (optional) and gratinate.
Note: Cannelloni can be filled with different ingredients, such as chicken livers, brains, etc.
