Ingredients
1,5 k clams
200 g dry white wine
85 g extra virgin olive oil
1 cebolla great
1 teaspoon paprika sweet
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Crafting
Wash the clams in cold water. Put in a container with 2 tablespoons of salt for 30 min. Pour through cold water and put in a saucepan over high heat, with a splash of white wine. Cover the saucepan until the clams open. Strain the broth from cooking the clams.
Heat the oil in a clay pot and sauté the peeled and finely chopped onion, without letting it color. Add the paprika, the rest of the wine and the broth from cooking the clams. Cook over low heat for 2 min.
Add the clams, season and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Heat everything together and serve in the same casserole.
