In 2021, the Royal Academy of Gastronomy began a Series of Conferences with the aim of preserving, promoting and universally disseminating our Gastronomic Culture.
In 2022, we continue with this activity taking another step: we launch our «Conversations about Gastronomy», under the direction of Academic Juan Ángel Vela del Campo. A program of conferences, meetings and colloquiums to promote rigorous knowledge about our gastronomic past and present, which will feature the participation of leading experts in different areas of knowledge linked in one way or another to gastronomy.
